When will I receive my purchase?
You can download your image, vector or video immediately after the payment has gone through. You can also download it later by logging in to your account and clicking on My Downloads. Your image will not be sent to your email account.
Can I change my subscription anytime?
You can change or cancel a subscription anytime. If you need help with choosing the best subscription for you or with cancelling, you can always contact us and we will be happy to help.
How can I use the downloads?
You can use the downloads online and offline, in your own work or in work you create for others. You may not sell, license or lend the files to a third party for their own use - this includes using the downloads in template web shops, online services, clip art image banks, news mail systems, etc.
How long can I keep using my downloads?
All downloads may be used in unaltered and in new contexts for a period of up to 3 years after a subscription has ended or after the first unique download in the case of single downloads. Downloads that have been used in products or designs within that period may continue to be used in an unaltered manner or context with no time limitation.
Can I give my colleagues access to Colourbox?
When you create an account you can register as many additional user accounts for colleagues as is needed, all for free. You can all have access to the same downloads.
Do you give special discounts for students?
Yes. Educational institutions with a Colourbox subscription can register for an Education License that gives students access to Colourbox. Please contact us for further information.
