Can you make us the #1 platform for professional photographers?
You will nurse, grow and take responsibility for 35,000+ professional photographers and their 25+ million images.
Stay on top of what images our customers are looking for and communicate that to our photographers, while ensuring the best selection of photos & videos in the highest quality possible.
You will take part in business development together with the rest of the management team based on input from our photographers and metrics from our end-user activities. Your job is to think out of the box and make Colourbox the #1 platform for our photographers.
About the job
Develop an ongoing communication program to retain and activate our current photographers.
Approach new, promising photographers and established photographers with world-leading portfolios and establish relationships.
Initiate ideas and campaigns in different markets and channels to attract new photographers to our platform (in cooperation with our communication team).
Develop business strategies to make it attractive to partner with us.
Refine our quality control. How do we attract the best photographers, how do we ensure we get the right motifs and how do we validate the image quality?
Identify needs to develop or improve usability, tools, features or processes to satisfy photographer requirements and increase overall efficiency.
Work closely with Product Manager, Engineers and UX Experts on implementing new features and functionality.
Monitor end-user metrics to understand customer needs to constantly be one step ahead of what they are looking for.
Gain a solid knowledge of competitors and market trends.
Manage a small team in our internal quality control/partner services.
Solid experience from an e-commerce company with a P2P business model.
Proven experience as a Client or Partner Relationship Manager or similar and with a customer-oriented mindset.
Deep knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM).
Problem-solving attitude combined with technical understanding and strategic business sense.
Project management experience: You can independently develop and lead your own project plans, roadmaps and balance priorities driving projects to completion in teamwork with your colleagues.
Structured and with a solid eye for quality. You know the devil is in the detail.
You have excellent communication skills and have fluent English proficiency (written and oral). BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field.
You have management skills and experience.
You are a team player with proven project management skills but relaxed about working on your own.
